I conduct private sessions, present at local, State and National level conferences. I also have presented to the women who live at Villa Maria (a rehabilitation home for women who are re-building their lives, HWNT, Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas, TFCU, workshops to the Teachers Federal Credit Union branch managers, vice presidents and CEO. Additionally, I have been able to work with a number of schools both public and private schools where they are establishing goals as a team collage in what they want to accomplish as a team for team building work.

I help people and teams navigate through goal setting by asking them questions that they can answer on paper (Journaling) I always make sure they have done some dancing on paper for a brain warm up exercise…Other ways that I help them balance their brain is through body movement as I play beautiful music or the nine emotions by Jesse Allen Cooper.
